Kefalonia.gr offers free travel information about Kefalonia. We work to keep it accurate, but timetables, prices, opening hours, road and sea conditions change, often at short notice. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Please check important details with the operator or provider before you travel or book.
3. Memas, the AI assistant
Memas is an artificial intelligence. Its answers are generated automatically, are for information only and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional advice. Check anything important before you act on it.
When you use Memas you agree to:
- use it for travel questions and in good faith;
- not abuse it, harass others through it or try to make it produce harmful or unlawful content;
- not use automated tools to send requests, copy its answers in bulk or get around its limits;
- not enter personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.
To keep the service available for everyone, Memas is limited to 10 messages per hour from one connection and to a daily total across all visitors. We may stop requests that break these terms.
4. Partner links
Some links and booking widgets on the site belong to partners such as GetYourGuide and Ferryhopper. If you book through them, we may earn a commission. You do not pay more because of it. A booking is a contract between you and the partner, under the partner's own terms; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for the partner's services.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images and design of Kefalonia.gr belong to us or to their licensors. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own use. Το Kefalonia.gr προσφέρει δωρεάν ταξιδιωτικές πληροφορίες για την Κεφαλονιά. Προσπαθούμε να είναι ακριβείς, όμως τα δρομολόγια, οι τιμές, τα ωράρια και οι συνθήκες στους δρόμους και στη θάλασσα αλλάζουν, συχνά χωρίς προειδοποίηση. Δεν μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε ότι κάθε λεπτομέρεια είναι πλήρης ή επίκαιρη. Παρακαλούμε ελέγξτε τις σημαντικές λεπτομέρειες με τον φορέα ή τον πάροχο πριν ταξιδέψετε ή κάνετε κράτηση.
3. Ο Μεμάς, ο βοηθός τεχνητής νοημοσύνης
Ο Μεμάς είναι τεχνητή νοημοσύνη. Οι απαντήσεις του δημιουργούνται αυτόματα, είναι μόνο ενημερωτικές και μπορεί να είναι λανθασμένες, ελλιπείς ή ξεπερασμένες. Δεν αποτελούν επαγγελματική συμβουλή. Ελέγξτε κάθε σημαντική πληροφορία πριν βασιστείτε σε αυτήν.
Όταν χρησιμοποιείτε τον Μεμά, συμφωνείτε:
- να τον χρησιμοποιείτε για ταξιδιωτικές ερωτήσεις και με καλή πίστη·
- να μην τον χρησιμοποιείτε καταχρηστικά, να μην παρενοχλείτε άλλους μέσω αυτού και να μην προσπαθείτε να τον κάνετε να παράγει επιβλαβές ή παράνομο περιεχόμενο·
- να μη χρησιμοποιείτε αυτοματοποιημένα εργαλεία για να στέλνετε αιτήματα, να αντιγράφετε μαζικά τις απαντήσεις του ή να παρακάμπτετε τα όριά του·
- να μη γράφετε προσωπικές ή ευαίσθητες πληροφορίες για εσάς ή για άλλους.
Για να παραμένει η υπηρεσία διαθέσιμη σε όλους, ο Μεμάς περιορίζεται σε 10 μηνύματα την ώρα ανά σύνδεση και σε ένα ημερήσιο σύνολο για όλους τους επισκέπτες. Μπορούμε να σταματήσουμε αιτήματα που παραβιάζουν τους όρους αυτούς.
4. Σύνδεσμοι συνεργατών
Ορισμένοι σύνδεσμοι και εφαρμογές κρατήσεων στον ιστότοπο ανήκουν σε συνεργάτες, όπως η GetYourGuide και η Ferryhopper. Αν κάνετε κράτηση μέσω αυτών, μπορεί να λάβουμε προμήθεια. Μπορείτε να διαβάζετε τις σελίδες, να μοιράζεστε συνδέσμους προς αυτές και να τις εκτυπώνετε για προσωπική χρήση. 8. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο και διαφορές
Οι όροι αυτοί διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο.
